Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All original packaging and tags are included
  • The item is in original, unused condition
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
  • Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Fishing Line and Line Accessories (once cut or used)
  • Soft Baits that have been removed from original packaging
  • Kits and Variety Packs if any components are missing

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare with our quality standards!), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For our international anglers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
