We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as finding the perfect fishing spot!
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All original packaging and tags are included
- The item is in original, unused condition
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fishing line (All Fishing Line, Line Accessories) – Once cut or used, cannot be resold
- Soft baits that have been removed from original packaging
- Kits and Variety Packs if any components are missing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare with our quality standards!), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For our international anglers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
